Our Coffee

We expertly craft roast our coffees in small batches, so you can be sure that your favourite blend is never sitting on a shelf for too long. After roasting, our coffees go through a short degassing period where the beans are prepared for packaging. Once sufficiently degassed, the beans are ground and packaged with nitrogen to preserve freshness, all in one go. The final step is to hand pack the individual coffees into boxes and cartons by our professional hand packers. That’s it! Ridiculously Fresh coffee, simplified.

We only use high quality 100% Arabica beans from around the world which we then craft roast and pack to perfection, locally right here in Canada.

Unlike other office coffee providers, we roast our coffees fresh in-house. Muldoon’s is the one-stop-shop for great tasting coffee, genuine service and innovative brewing systems.

Our Muldoon’s Singles are meticulously hand packed one by one into boxes by professional hand packers. This is due to the freshness of each singles coffee, as no automated machine is capable of packing our coffees into boxes compared to doing it by hand. Muldoon’s coffees truly are a unique experience.

To us, Craft Roasted translates to an unprecedented amount of attention to detail. From sourcing beans, to roasting, packing, delivery, and service, Muldoon’s continuously re-evaluates each step of the process to ensure you get the freshest cup of coffee, guaranteed.

Our special Muldoon’s Roast Meter showcases the length of time our coffee beans were roasted, from light (1) to dark (6), plus any other specialty coffees we offer.

There are currently over 20 blends and flavours of Muldoon’s coffees we offer.

Our coffees (including flavoured) are made from 100% Arabica Coffee Beans and have no significant nutritional value, besides caffeine of course.

Our flavored coffees are a mixture of flavoring substances and do not contain any ingredients derived animals or animal by-products, including dairy.

No, none of our coffees including flavoured, contain any peanuts or other common allergens. If in doubt, contact us, and we’ll confirm any specific concerns.

At Muldoon’s we’re passionate about the environment! We continuously strive to reduce our carbon footprint, limit waste and constantly re-evaluate our coffee / services at every turn through the implementation of environmentally-friendly green initiatives and sustainable practices.

Our film is biodegradable, compostable, and will fully breakdown in only 6-12 months, in comparison to PLA and Oxo-Bio that can take decades to breakdown, if they happen to do so at all, which is unfortunately more common than ever before.

You can safely throw our film in the backyard compost or in the garbage bin and it will fully degrade in a matter of months, while leaving no micro-plastics behind, unlike other materials.
Omnidegradable ® film is scientifically proven by independent lab and university studies, is food safe, GMO Free, FTC, FDA and EPA compliant.

Omnidegradable ® requires only microbial contact for degradation, PLA products have been rejected by major Municipal Composts, and oxo-bio requires 6 hrs of sunlight (or it will not degrade) while also leaving microplastics behind that pollute the environment.

Equipment

For most coffee machine errors, look for a power switch at the back of the machine (or inside the door panel) and turn the brewer off, wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.

If the problem still persists, please contact our service department as soon as possible.

If your coffee machine is leaking liquids, such as water, or is experiencing issues that can cause damage to the brewer or surrounding area, please unplug the machine, in addition to turning off any water going to the machine (if it’s plumbed-in), until we can provide a solution for you.

If your brewing system is discontinued, which can happen, it may become increasingly difficult to order parts for repair.

For optimal brewing every coffee machine requires frequent maintenance and cleaning. Simple things like cleaning the exterior or user accessible areas of coffee and powder buildup is a great way to ensure your brewer functions the best it can for as long as it can.

In addition, some brewing systems require special cleaning cycles, which may use special cleaning tablets and cleaning liquid.

We only service coffee machines you have purchased from us directly, or if you have a current office coffee service agreement with Muldoon’s.

Coffee machine issues and parts may vary, so there’s no guarantee we can repair them, but we’ll let you know what your options are.

If you are an office coffee client, repairs to our machines are generally free of charge. If you have purchased a coffee machine directly from us on our online shop or factory store, there may be costs associated to machine repairs such as parts and labour.

If your coffee brewing system is approved for repair by our service team here are your options:

For online shop & factory store machines: Please bring your coffee machine to our factory service center at 5680 Timberlea Blvd, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, L4W 4M6. We’ll let you know if there are any repair costs, such as parts and labour, and the time for repairs.

For office coffee clients: Well come to you on-site, wherever the coffee brewer is located for repairs. Just give us a call at 905-712-2233 or email our service department service@muldoonscoffee.com to schedule a service date for when the coffee machine is accessible for our technicians to drop-by.

Unfortunately we do not sell dairy products online. Dairy quality & lifespan cannot be guaranteed when shipped through the mail system (for example during the hot summer months).

Shipping & Delivery

Every order we ship out includes online tracking so you can see exactly where it’s located. This tracking link is sent to your email when the order has been successfully processed.

You can also track your order from your account page through the “ORDERS” section. Click on “TRACK SHIPMENT” to see where your order is located.

You can enjoy Muldoon’s coffee from coast to coast. We sell and ship our coffee nation-wide across the great north. If you’d like more information about shipping to your area, please contact us.

We typically do not ship internationally. If you would like to order outside of Canada however, give us a call we’ll try to help you the best we can.

We offer free standard shipping Canada-wide when you spend over $60, and a flat rate price of $15.00 for orders less than $60.

If you want your order to be delivered faster (such as express shipping), we can definitely do that, you just have to pay the additional cost for express shipping. Please contact our customer care team to change it.

To update your shipping address, you first have to be logged into your Muldoon’s account, then go to your “MY ACCOUNT” page and click on “ADDRESSES”

If you have already placed an order, and want to change the shipment address on an order that’s about to ship, contact us as soon as possible so we can make the change. Note: changing the address at the last second is not guaranteed as we usually ship orders out very quickly.

Please allow at least 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Note: We do not process orders on Canadian statutory holidays or Ontario provincial holidays.

We currently have only one factory store, located at 5680 Timberlea Blvd, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, L4W 4M6.

Our factory store is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We’re closed on provincial and federal holidays. All orders made on online are processed and shipped during working hours.
