We hope you love shopping at Muldoon’s Coffee as much as we love working here. Not head over heels with your latest purchase? We will gladly return or exchange unused items within 14 days with the original receipt. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Returns with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit only. All gift cards and sale items are final sale.

How do I return something?

IN STORE

The fastest, easiest way to return items for an exchange or store credit is by visiting your local Muldoon’s Coffee. Just bring in the unused item with your original receipt and we’ll gladly return for an exchange or provide store credit for eligible items within 14 days. Find your nearest store here.

ONLINE

Can’t make it to a store? Go to your accounts order page to initiate a return. We’ll get back to you with the details. If you’re unhappy with your purchase of any of our products, please complete our customer service form.

GUEST CHECKOUT

What should I do if my order is wrong, damaged or incomplete?
