I normally drink dark roast coffee (5+ roasts in muldoons roast scale) but decided to give this a try after seeing the description was a “dark and complex” or “deep roast”. I was quite scared that it would end up being too light for my preference but I am absolutely in love with this roast. It makes a mean iced coffee and it is very flavourful while still being a dark enough roast that I don’t feel like I’m drinking a bean-flavoured-water. It’s great for those days where I want a change from the very dark roasts I’m used to while also being able to enjoy a very good cup of coffee!
